Installation of Fruit and Vegetable Drying Line
Directly controlled by the control cabinet, the production line firstly pumps water into the air bubble washing machine, then successively turns on the washing machine, peeling machine, slicing machine and drying machine. The entire production line is 35 meters long, 2 meters wide and 3 meters high. In exceptional cases, the installation of food drying line can be adjusted according to the construction of your working site.

The installation work only needs to harden the ground instead of a foundation. We will pack the production line with an installation manual, customer can follow the guidance steps and finish the installation. For any questions during the installation, please contact with us. How to Maintain
The food drying system has a stable and smooth working state, with few wearing components.
For air bubble washing machine, the water must be changed every 8-10 hours.
It's advised to clean up the belt of the drying machine every month. If the dryer uses biomass as fuel, ashes in the furnace should be collected monthly.
The user must regularly check screws and add lubrication oil.

Environmental Protection
During the drying and production process, this line nearly produces no sewage or waste gas. Waste water from the washing machine must undergo sedimentation. After that, the upper layer water can be used circularly. Dust and sand at the bottom are released into the sewer.

When it comes to drying machine, air for drying is pure steam. After heat exchange with materials, it is discharged into the air. According to the test result, the gas complies with GB16297-1996 standard.

The peeling machine and slicing machine neither use water nor generates waste gas.
